We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging, with all original tags attached
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@haloallure.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@haloallure.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons) unless defective, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
