Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which will be active within 24–48 hours. You can also track your order at any time via our Track My Order page.

Haloallure STORE is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control. We appreciate your patience if any such delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Haloallure STORE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@haloallure.com — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
